My team Scott and Shanti from Arizona did a great job of connecting me to the best rate they could find for me of my refinancing my condo in New jersey from my home in Florida.         I recently completed a VA mortgage refinance, and I’m extremely impressed with how smooth the entire process was. From the very first phone call with Gavin, I felt confident and informed. He explained everything clearly, set realistic expectations, and communicated throughout without me ever having to chase updates.We closed in only 31 days, and the entire experience was exactly as promised. The one small request for additional details was handled quickly by Alex, the processor, who made sure it didn’t slow anything down.This was truly the most seamless mortgage closing I’ve ever been through.
