My experience with Agave Home Loans was nothing less than outstanding. Of particular note was Gavin Monahan whose through knowledge of loan products allowed me to secure a loan (Fixed Rate Home Equity) not a HELOC, which I personally dispise due to interest rate fluxation. The entire process far exceeded my expections. If I ever need another loan product, I will contact Gavin and Agave Home Loans.

I was able to secure a HELOC through Agave, and Cristian Saenz facilitated the loan process. He was terrific and understood my need to be careful giving out personal information over the phone. He listened to my needs, was kind and patient, and offered me a product that worked well for me.
