This was a great experience with Agave handling of a HELOC loan for a Georgia resident. The person I spoke with was very helpful in answering my questions. His calls were returned promptly and he was very patient with us. I would highly recommend this company to handle you financial mortgage needs. Refinancing on your home is a really an awful process... At least I thought it was.... We were trying to find the right company that didn't make us feel like we were in a used car lot. After almost giving up, we received a phone call from Jena Throne at Agave Home Loans. And she made this process sooooooo much easier. She truly cares about her clients and literally goes above and beyond. I felt like I was dealing with a friend, not just a salesperson. Her communication throughout the process was amazing! She always answered the phone, text and calls, even in a different time zone and she was still home and not even in her office yet. If it wasn't for her and the Agave team, we would have NEVER gone through with refinancing! Jena Throne is honestly the best!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I haven't ever had a loan process go so smoothly . Highly recommend you call them first if you're looking for a mortgage or a refi.LOREN our loan officer and ALEX the loan processor were awesome from day one. Both very professional ,efficient, dependable, and on top of that friendly. Both patiently answered all of our questions never made us feel rushed and we were very at ease working with them. I had talked with other lenders who told us that since we had one late mortgage payment that we would not be able to get a refinance .When I first called Agave and spoke with Loren she basically told me the same.Couple of days later Loren called and said she was thinking that maybe she had missed something.I was so relieved when she said that she thought she could help us after all. What stood out to me was that she could have just went on to her next client and not gave us a second thought. With her sweet demeanor and pleasant voice she stayed right on top of things. Working with Alex has been just as great. He is pleasant and so upbeat. We had constant communication with Alex and Loren keeping us informed every step of the way. I refinanced through Agave and worked with Jacob and Adrian. They were very helpful and I felt like they took a special interest in my situation. I didnt feel like just another account number like how my last mortgage company felt. This is always a long stressful process but Jacob was great with calling me with constant updates and talking me through everything.
