I started working with Agave Home Loans through Jacob originally for a refinance and debt consolidation loan. About six months later, completely out of the blue, I called him and told him I had decided to buy a new home instead. Jacob still had all my information ready to go, and I had a pre approval letter within days. Once I found my house, I was introduced to Nick, who handled all the behind the scenes work with underwriting and helped navigate every step of the process. Closing was an absolute dream. Both my closing attorney and real estate agent commented on how proactive and responsive Agave had been throughout the entire transaction. We had direct access to personal cell numbers and even communicated through a group text, which made everything incredibly smooth and stress free. What stood out most was how they made me feel like I was their only client, even though I knew I wasn’t. Throughout the whole refinance and deal our guy that works for y’all Chris is probably one of the best guys I’ve ever worked with in six houses that I’ve had this guy dead on the money he knows what you’re talking about and he knows how to get you where you need to be at he don’t give you no baloney he don’t give you no runaround he just tells it straight how it is and yes if I could get others to post this for him that would happen to give him a five star rating folks he’s really good

Jacob and Dylan both did a great job of explaining options, pros/cons to each, and stayed on top of the entire process start to close. When the timing is right, we will definitely use them again for our mortgage needs!
