    Program description: When you submit a request for a quote, consultation, or other information and provide your mobile number with consent, Agave Home Loans and your assigned loan officer may send you SMS/MMS text messages related to your request, including confirmation of your inquiry, scheduling and follow-up messages, updates on your loan inquiry, and replies to your questions.
    Consent: By checking the consent box on our web form (or by texting START to one of our numbers), you agree to receive text messages from Agave Home Loans at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of obtaining a loan.
    Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interaction with us.
    Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
    Opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To re-join, reply START.

    Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
