I would highly recommend Agave to anyone who is in the market to buy their first home, or is interested in refinancing. The team of Xavier & Dylan were professional and accommodating and truly went above & beyond to make my experience seamless. Xavier was also able to identify that I was being overcharged by my long-time insurance company on my homeowners insurance, which prompted me to investigate and ultimately switch, saving me over $4,000/yr.

I wasnt able to get approved for a home refinance loan from any of the big banks. However, Agave was able to get me approved for a refinance loan without a problem. I worked with Scott & Nick throughout my entire loan process - which took longer than normal, but they both had no problem escalating it when he realized there were some hiccups. They were extremely great at keeping me in the loop every step of the process to get the loan completed. 10/10 recommend!

I am writing this review because I am so impressed with Devin Kirk, the young woman that I have been working with at Agave Home Loans. Devin spent a lot of time getting to know exactly what my loan goals were, and how she could best help me meet those goals. She took the time to run numbers for me for different types of loans and different amounts. By the time I got my quote, I felt like she and I had become friends! She is not high-pressure and her customer service is exceptional. Because of my experience with Devin, Agave Home Loans has my highest recommendation. I will recommend them to everyone.
