I am blown away with Agave. I needed a HELOC to pay off a higher interest personal loan and do some home renovations. I tried to use some big lenders, but their rates and loans were not customizable enough. Agave made the process super smooth from day 1 until closing, with constant communications via phone, text and email. I can't imagine a better experience with a lender. Huge thanks specifically to Loren S. and Dylan W. for their professionalism and guidance through the process.

I've found it a rare occurrence that a business transaction unfolds exactly as it is explained that it will. Alex Izumi and Scott Shellberg from Agave Home Loans did exactly that and are responsible for providing my family and i a smooth and pleasant process allowing us to pull needed cash from my home's equity. They each made response commitments that they adhered to completely, even at times before i expected. I found Agave when I was searching a way to get out of my long term debt with a very poor credit score. My Representative Raylene was fantastic from start to finish. Dylan was also instrumental in helping us along the way. Another great Agave loan officer. If all goes as planned we will finally be able to pay off our debt and start a much reduced stressful life. I tried some other so called debt forgiveness’s firms and they all promised the moon and stars, only to leave me hanging with nothing! I can’t begin to say enough good things about Agave!
