The entire process was super easy, this company was able to do what all the big companies couldn't. I was under a construction loan, with one company who failed to get me refinanced, they said the best thing for me to do was to sell.I tried a few other companies with no success.The best thing I could've done was find Agave Home Loans, my first point of contact was heaven sent Devin Kirk, she was determined to make it work, and somehow she made what seemed impossible to others who've been doing this for many years possible, she's like a five star general commanding troops and winning wars.She then partnered with another super star, Shanti Clucas, and the two became better than the dynamic dual. If it hadn't been for their knowledge, persistents, and truly being adept in their craft, I wouldn't have a house right now.For anyone who needs or know someone else who needs a home loan, please don't hesitate, go to Agave Home Loans first, you'll have a great experience.

From the start AGAVE reps provided consistent information and were very patient when addressing my concerns. Cory and Dylan were exemplary in their hearing my concerns and questions. It was stated they could get the VA loan process wrapped up in under 30 days. I have purchased and refinanced a few times and it has never finished in less than 60 days. With the help and hard work of Cory and Dylan my VA refinance was closed in well under 30 days and proved AGAVE could deliver on their claims. I would certainly recommend AGAVE to anyone looking for personal care to your finance process and being treated like a real person instead of a number waiting to be worked.

What a relief it was to be a part of a refinance where I didn’t feel like someone was trying to sell me something the whole time. Loren made the process easy, and her response time is impressive! Thomas worked behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly. Outstanding customer service! I got recommended Mr. Taylor Wall by my real estate agent after my first lender's rates went up 4 days before closing. I explained my situation and he immediately got to work putting together an offer for me over the weekend, knowing that I was going to try to use it to get my original lenders to lower their rate. In the end, I went with my original lender just to avoid a delay in closing, but if I ever buy again in the future I will definitely call Taylor first.

I would like to thank the staff at Agave Home Loans the 2 people who have been with me since the first phone call. First I would like to thank Loren Sluyter (loan officer) for helping me through out this process and being there when ever I had a question or concern about any of the processes of refinancing. Second I would like to thank Nick Arguellez (processor) for him sticking by me and helping me with any questions that came up and help me with all the issues I had with my credit. These two people went well above anything I ever expected and they were always available to talk even on weekends if i needed to. Not once did any of them ever- PASS THE BUCK- off to anyone else and always maintained contact with me until the last signature was done. THANK YOU !!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I didn’t end up closing on a loan with this company but I will say Taylor wall was amazing! He first reached out a few months ago when I put in an application and we ended up deciding not to move forward for personal reasons. He wasn’t pushy at all and wished me luck. He then checked on me a few months later to see if anything changed and it did so I asked him to check a few options for me and he was very upfront and honest and referred me to another company as it would make the most financial sense. He definitely did not have to do that which I appreciate and it shows he truly cares and isn’t just trying to close a deal. Any loan needs I would definitely recommend Taylor specifically!!!

Agava home loans rock this agent Julia Harderman.This agent deserves top honors.Agava work ethic is the best there is.They will not give up until things work out to help the customer get what they need to make loans work like they should .I don’t recommend this company after a lot of money and 3 1/2 months come back and cannot close loan . Run people Julia was excellent until they cut her off doing her job stay away from Sam he’s cut throat .

I just refinanced with Agave Home Loans, and the process was so easy! I'll admit I'm slightly biased -- I'm married to a co-owner -- but he asked for "blunt and honest feedback." Alex and Doug were awesome! I spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The notary canceled on us morning of, but the team worked to find someone to fill in that same day. Everything worked out, our rate is lower, and we were able to skip a payment. If you're in the market for a new home or looking to refinance, call Agave!

I couldn't recommend Agave Home Loans enough! Their entire team was on board during our purchase process.
