Wow, a company & representative, Devin Kirk, that has the integrate to put the interest of customer above own profits, so-so rare. I was looking at refinancing yo lower interest but Devin went beyond earning a commission by analyzing my objectives & current profile & with factual data advised me that a refinance at current best interest rate, though lower than my current, is not beneficial due to closing costs. For such integrity she deserves double 5 stars

The team at Agave is not only very experienced and knowledgeable in the lending industry, but they are also extremely responsive and attentive to detail, which is a unique professional trait this day and age. They were able to quickly jump on all inquiries from the underwriter, as well as answer all our questions in a timely manner, to get us to closing within weeks. I just refinanced with Agave Home Loans, and the process was so easy! I'll admit I'm slightly biased -- I'm married to a co-owner -- but he asked for "blunt and honest feedback." Alex and Doug were awesome! I spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The notary canceled on us morning of, but the team worked to find someone to fill in that same day. Everything worked out, our rate is lower, and we were able to skip a payment. If you're in the market for a new home or looking to refinance, call Agave!
