Agave Home loans. What can I say about Agave ?? Well let me start off by saying they are professional, kind and they really aim to please you. I soooo happy that I chose this company. My broker was Eduardo Quevedo Jr. Eddie by far was outstanding. I felt like I was talking to a best friend/ family member. I even tried going with my current mortgage company but they were going give me the short end of the stick. So I definitely made the right choice. Now I can pay off my debt and renovate my home. Just had our closing this morning, Agave offered us a mortgage that is 1 1/2 percent lower interest than our current mortgage and they also saved us a couple hundred dollars on our closing costs versus "the other company". I appreciated quick answers to my questions and the process was very easy. Agave Home Loans is a great choice if you are considering refinancing.

We cannot recommend this company enough. I am not the best at filling out & sending documents needed for a home loan and Lynkon walked me through all of them. He was always available whenever I had a problem or question and the closing went so smoothly because of his attention to detail and the people they use for closings. And even after closing Lynkon emailed or called to make sure we had finished all we had to do and to see if we had any more questions. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Agave. We have refinanced 3 times and this was the easiest process because of this company.

I just refinanced with Agave Home Loans, and the process was so easy! I'll admit I'm slightly biased -- I'm married to a co-owner -- but he asked for "blunt and honest feedback." Alex and Doug were awesome! I spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The notary canceled on us morning of, but the team worked to find someone to fill in that same day. Everything worked out, our rate is lower, and we were able to skip a payment. If you're in the market for a new home or looking to refinance, call Agave!

I couldn't recommend Agave Home Loans enough! Their entire team was on board during our purchase process.
