As we live in the age of technology we heavily rely on reviews to guide our path especially when it comes to financial literacy, but those reviews do not come without service !. When I decided to shop lenders to increase my financial platform, I vetted several institutions and proceeded with one! at that point all was moving smoothly , but one day I accepted a phone call from Loren Sluyter. Loren asked questions and gave me lending advice. Loren told me that if I had any questions at any given time even though I was potentially going with a another lender, that I could feel free to contact her. During the process a couple of things were a bit uncomfortable for me and then I gave Lauren a call and proceeded with giving her the same opportunity that I gave the other lender. It was definitely something about Loren's spirit that moved me to be very comfortable with her knowledge of her products and my interest ! I definitely would encourage anyone who is looking for a financial boost to contact Loren, as she has provided an impeccable service to me and my family !!!!! Thanks a million Loren 🍎

Not sure how we found Tim Crawford at Agave Home Loans, but what a huge blessing! He recently helped us with a HELOC loan. From start to finish, it’s been 3 weeks and our money showed up in our bank just this morning!! Tim is super responsive, returning calls & text messages within minutes. We expressed concern a few times about our loan & the process, so Tim arranged conference calls between us & the lender to clear them up. We felt through the entire process Tim had our backs. We plan to use him again and will refer him to others.

I worked with Agave Home Loans to consolidate a number of home improvement loans I had taken out since I had purchased my home. I wanted to have all my payments consolidated into one easy payment for my convenience with an end result that was cheaper than paying them all separately and provided an awesome percentage rate overall.
