Agave (and my agent, Josh) were extremely easy to deal with. Josh was very up front about cost of the loan and things went' smoothly. I called about 6 or 7 different lenders to get quotes. Agave was the lowest in price, gave me the best interest rate, and was fast in getting my loan closed

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Agave! From start to finish, they took their time to get me the best interest rate possible, as we were not time sensitive. Jena and Dylan were both extremely easy to communicate with and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Making refinancing great again!!! I have dealt with many financing companies but agave is definitely the best. They made it so easy and always kept me informed through the whole process. I also had direct text or email contact as needed. Lorenzo and Shanti both were very knowledgeable and available to answer any questions I had at anytime. I had a difficult loan that they were able to smoothly work through without any problems. Would definitely recommend!!!

This has been one of the best experiences I ever had regarding customer service and commitment, don't matter the time or what day you call this people are always there, Lee Edwards and Thomas king tock care of me like a Friend would, they really take care of their customers in an old fashion way, you really feel like you enjoy talking to them because they do everything they can to help you reach your goals, at least I felt that way, thanks guys very good job

Camron was awesome to work with. Diigent in getting all requirements taken care of quickly. Always keeping me informed as to the progress of the loan. The entire process was super easy, this company was able to do what all the big companies couldn't. I was under a construction loan, with one company who failed to get me refinanced, they said the best thing for me to do was to sell.I tried a few other companies with no success.The best thing I could've done was find Agave Home Loans, my first point of contact was heaven sent Devin Kirk, she was determined to make it work, and somehow she made what seemed impossible to others who've been doing this for many years possible, she's like a five star general commanding troops and winning wars.She then partnered with another super star, Shanti Clucas, and the two became better than the dynamic dual. If it hadn't been for their knowledge, persistents, and truly being adept in their craft, I wouldn't have a house right now.For anyone who needs or know someone else who needs a home loan, please don't hesitate, go to Agave Home Loans first, you'll have a great experience.

From the start AGAVE reps provided consistent information and were very patient when addressing my concerns. Cory and Dylan were exemplary in their hearing my concerns and questions. It was stated they could get the VA loan process wrapped up in under 30 days. I have purchased and refinanced a few times and it has never finished in less than 60 days. With the help and hard work of Cory and Dylan my VA refinance was closed in well under 30 days and proved AGAVE could deliver on their claims. I would certainly recommend AGAVE to anyone looking for personal care to your finance process and being treated like a real person instead of a number waiting to be worked.

I just refinanced with Agave Home Loans, and the process was so easy! I'll admit I'm slightly biased -- I'm married to a co-owner -- but he asked for "blunt and honest feedback." Alex and Doug were awesome! I spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The notary canceled on us morning of, but the team worked to find someone to fill in that same day. Everything worked out, our rate is lower, and we were able to skip a payment. If you're in the market for a new home or looking to refinance, call Agave!
