The process from beginning to end was easy and fast. Raylene was patient with me as I got stuff ready to be able to proceed with loan process. Both Raylene and Thomas made themselves easily accessible to reach at any time and their response came quick. They both made everything super easy and understandable.

Having purchased multiple homes since the 1980’s and having working in the mortgage industry this was by and large the easiest, least complicated and quickest loan I’ve ever taken out.. Niki and the team were beyond helpful and answered questions quickly. Application to funding was 2 weeks .. contractors start next week!
