I would like to thank the staff at Agave Home Loans the 2 people who have been with me since the first phone call. First I would like to thank Loren Sluyter (loan officer) for helping me through out this process and being there when ever I had a question or concern about any of the processes of refinancing. Second I would like to thank Nick Arguellez (processor) for him sticking by me and helping me with any questions that came up and help me with all the issues I had with my credit. These two people went well above anything I ever expected and they were always available to talk even on weekends if i needed to. Not once did any of them ever- PASS THE BUCK- off to anyone else and always maintained contact with me until the last signature was done. THANK YOU !!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I didn’t end up closing on a loan with this company but I will say Taylor wall was amazing! He first reached out a few months ago when I put in an application and we ended up deciding not to move forward for personal reasons. He wasn’t pushy at all and wished me luck. He then checked on me a few months later to see if anything changed and it did so I asked him to check a few options for me and he was very upfront and honest and referred me to another company as it would make the most financial sense. He definitely did not have to do that which I appreciate and it shows he truly cares and isn’t just trying to close a deal. Any loan needs I would definitely recommend Taylor specifically!!!

Agava home loans rock this agent Julia Harderman.This agent deserves top honors.Agava work ethic is the best there is.They will not give up until things work out to help the customer get what they need to make loans work like they should .I don’t recommend this company after a lot of money and 3 1/2 months come back and cannot close loan . Run people Julia was excellent until they cut her off doing her job stay away from Sam he’s cut throat .

When I was shopping for a refinance I was deluged w/many phone calls offering their services (and it did take me some time to narrow things down and actually prayed i was making the right decision) and it appears I did. This company Agave was with me beginning to end answering all questions and offering answers to questions not perceived. There were more people than Hugo and Thomas but they were my main contacts. At some time during the process I was getting cold feet and talked it out with Thomas or Hugo and my fears were allayed. Very happy to have had them to lean on - without their input the process leading up to and including the closing would not have gone as smoothly as it did.

If you are looking for a company to refinance your home look no further than Agave Loans. I was turned down by my bank and need to take some money out to make repairs in my home. Throughout the entire process Nick Arguellez and Joesph Paredes were amazing. To those who may not have the best of credit scores, and have been denied by many Agave home loan is your lifeline. I have to give special shout-outs to Hector Diaz, Shanti Clucas, and Alexa Nenaber for making this home loan happen. From the start Hector contacted after I had just gotten off of the phone with Rocket Mortgage. Of course Rocket Mortgage could not help due to our credit score. Hector convinced me to give Agave a good hard look at our financial situation to see if they could get us an approval. This all started on 19 Oct 2023– we had our closing signing on 22 Nov 2023. I’m so glad I gave Agave home loans a chance, and so should you. You will be glad you did. I just refinanced with Agave Home Loans, and the process was so easy! I'll admit I'm slightly biased -- I'm married to a co-owner -- but he asked for "blunt and honest feedback." Alex and Doug were awesome! I spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The notary canceled on us morning of, but the team worked to find someone to fill in that same day. Everything worked out, our rate is lower, and we were able to skip a payment. If you're in the market for a new home or looking to refinance, call Agave!

I couldn't recommend Agave Home Loans enough! Their entire team was on board during our purchase process.
