Adrian and Cory worked with me on my refinance and were professional, level headed, and understanding. When refinancing I got a couple of quotes from other agencies and Agave Home Loans gave the best terms. Many mortgage brokers were excited to potentially work with me, but once revealing that I was trying to look for different rates/quotes from others I received hostility, but Agave representatives were professional and understanding when sharing that I needed some time to think about their offer. There were a couple of hiccups during my refinance process but felt like the team I was working with tried to make the most space for me and advocated for me. Would recommend.Tl;Dr Agave was professional, patient and understanding when I needed time to compare offers, and gave the best quote the first time

I had the pleasure to work with Agave. I done a 20 year cash out refinance. The whole process was seamless. I had the pleasure of having Thomas King and Sam Coulter in my corner. Both of these gentlemen are top notch. They were very informative,they remained in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. They were very professional, and also very compassionate to my family needs and concerns. I was very happy with the loan and interest rate I received. My family and I can now make the necessary home improvements we have dreamed about for many years, so my children can all have there own bedrooms. I give these gentlemen and this company 5 stars no doubt. If I ever feel the need to refinance in the future I will definitely be calling Agave again, and ask to speak to Sam or Thomas. I would highly recommend this company. Even if you are not committed just yet and have an idea or a dream you should give them a call and see what your options might be. I am sure they can find something suitable for everyone's needs and dreams.

Awesome experience. I tried to work with 3 different lenders for my HELOC and AGAVE was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to see that my needs were met on my terms. Easiest loan I have ever been a part of in my 63 years. The process was simple, with my broker, Joseph Borja walking me through every step of the process. He was available to take a call with any question that I had and was very pleasant with each conversation. All papers were sent to my email and the Lawyer/Notary for the final signing came to my office for the closure. I had to sign two papers in person and was through in under 10 minutes. My loan was funded within a week. Followup to ensure all was taken care of to my satisfaction conducted by Joseph and he assured me that he would be available for any questions that I may have in the future as well as looking over my loan terms to see if something better was available in 6 months. I highly recommend this company if you want to feel as if you are important even if you are not sitting face to face with your broker.

I just refinanced with Agave Home Loans, and the process was so easy! I'll admit I'm slightly biased -- I'm married to a co-owner -- but he asked for "blunt and honest feedback." Alex and Doug were awesome! I spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The notary canceled on us morning of, but the team worked to find someone to fill in that same day.
