We live in North Carolina. We did a refinance loan. Their were other companies trying to get our business but they won because their kindness and smiles came across the phone with truthfulness.We love that we worked with Grayson and Alex. They totally kept me informed and were a joy to work with although I wasn’t such a joy to work with them!! I didn’t have the best credit rating for even getting a loan but they found me one that was at an acceptable percentage rate! Thanks guys for all you did and I’m very happy

Quick, efficient no fluff. I didn’t feel like I was getting sold something. I felt like a person. Xavier and Adrian made everything simple and were on top of everything from the start. Give Doug and his staff a chance, and you won't be sorry. I literally trolled through a dozen refinance companies, and Agave provided me a far better loan with much better terms than the other companies who sucked up so much of my time could provide.

Doug was very helpful with my refinance. He helped me find cheaper insurance. I saved quite a bit of $ .My refinance saved me about $400. Doing this refinance really help me out. I just refinanced with Agave Home Loans, and the process was so easy! I'll admit I'm slightly biased -- I'm married to a co-owner -- but he asked for "blunt and honest feedback." Alex and Doug were awesome! I spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The notary canceled on us morning of, but the team worked to find someone to fill in that same day. Everything worked out, our rate is lower, and we were able to skip a payment. If you're in the market for a new home or looking to refinance, call Agave!

I couldn't recommend Agave Home Loans enough! Their entire team was on board during our purchase process.
