It’s a sales position that requires strong organizational skills, razor-sharp communication skills, internal motivation, and thick skin. Our brokers are expected to deliver sound advice to ALL clients, even the ones we can’t immediately help. The successful loan officers we hire understand that it’s not just about providing the right loan for the right client but HOW we communicate the message to them. Mortgages can be confusing and intimidating for people, we must deliver the message in a way that allows them to fully understand the product and the benefits it provides. No mortgage, finance, or sales experience? That’s okay, we provide a 2–4-month training program aimed at developing the best talent in our industry.
