I recently completed a VA mortgage refinance, and I’m extremely impressed with how smooth the entire process was. From the very first phone call with Gavin, I felt confident and informed. He explained everything clearly, set realistic expectations, and communicated throughout without me ever having to chase updates.We closed in only 31 days, and the entire experience was exactly as promised. The one small request for additional details was handled quickly by Alex, the processor, who made sure it didn’t slow anything down.This was truly the most seamless mortgage closing I’ve ever been through. Excellent communication, fast turnaround, and a team that actually delivers on what they say. I highly recommend them, especially for VA loans.

My experience with Agave Home Loans was nothing less than outstanding. Of particular note was Gavin Monahan whose through knowledge of loan products allowed me to secure a loan (Fixed Rate Home Equity) not a HELOC, which I personally dispise due to interest rate fluxation. The entire process far exceeded my expections. If I ever need another loan product, I will contact Gavin and Agave Home Loans.

I was able to secure a HELOC through Agave, and Cristian Saenz facilitated the loan process. He was terrific and understood my need to be careful giving out personal information over the phone. He listened to my needs, was kind and patient, and offered me a product that worked well for me. The loan was funded quickly and with Cristian's help it was all a fairly painless process, compared to most loans I've obtained over the years. This was a great experience with Agave handling of a HELOC loan for a Georgia resident. The person I spoke with was very helpful in answering my questions. His calls were returned promptly and he was very patient with us. I would highly recommend this company to handle you financial mortgage needs. The entire process from time of applying on line until funds were entered into our bank accout was approximately 7 days.

I just refinanced with Agave Home Loans, and the process was so easy! I'll admit I'm slightly biased -- I'm married to a co-owner -- but he asked for "blunt and honest feedback." Alex and Doug were awesome! I spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The notary canceled on us morning of, but the team worked to find someone to fill in that same day. I talked to Sam and went over all our documents with him and he pre approved us for a loan. When we signed a contract two weeks later for a condo he then told us since I was unemployed that we couldn’t use my income and we weren’t going to be able to get the loan. Even though when I first talked to him I told him I was retired but drive for Uber and Lyft for extra money . But I told him I’m not driving now because I’m making more on unemployment and don’t have to put myself at risk driving people around the area . I asked him why you didn’t tell us this two weeks ago when he pre approved us and we sent him pages of documentation. I told him I understand if you can’t get a loan when your unemployed but why did he string us along for 2 weeks. He had no idea about the unemployment situation in the US and that unemployment was at 15 percent nationwide. I was totally flabbergasted and sounds like he didn’t know about Covid 19 either. There co owner paul called me to apologize but at that point he couldn’t do anything. We called another mortgage company and an hour later we had a mortgage without using my info. We just used my wife’s documents and they put me on title
