Making refinancing great again!!! I have dealt with many financing companies but agave is definitely the best. They made it so easy and always kept me informed through the whole process. The entire process was super easy, this company was able to do what all the big companies couldn't. I was under a construction loan, with one company who failed to get me refinanced, they said the best thing for me to do was to sell.I tried a few other companies with no success.The best thing I could've done was find Agave Home Loans, my first point of contact was heaven sent Devin Kirk, she was determined to make it work, and somehow she made what seemed impossible to others who've been doing this for many years possible, she's like a five star general commanding troops and winning wars.She then partnered with another super star, Shanti Clucas, and the two became better than the dynamic dual. If it hadn't been for their knowledge, persistents, and truly being adept in their craft, I wouldn't have a house right now.For anyone who needs or know someone else who needs a home loan, please don't hesitate, go to Agave Home Loans first, you'll have a great experience.

I just refinanced with Agave Home Loans, and the process was so easy! I'll admit I'm slightly biased -- I'm married to a co-owner -- but he asked for "blunt and honest feedback." Alex and Doug were awesome! I spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The notary canceled on us morning of, but the team worked to find someone to fill in that same day. I talked to Sam and went over all our documents with him and he pre approved us for a loan. When we signed a contract two weeks later for a condo he then told us since I was unemployed that we couldn’t use my income and we weren’t going to be able to get the loan. Even though when I first talked to him I told him I was retired but drive for Uber and Lyft for extra money . But I told him I’m not driving now because I’m making more on unemployment and don’t have to put myself at risk driving people around the area . I asked him why you didn’t tell us this two weeks ago when he pre approved us and we sent him pages of documentation. I told him I understand if you can’t get a loan when your unemployed but why did he string us along for 2 weeks. He had no idea about the unemployment situation in the US and that unemployment was at 15 percent nationwide. I was totally flabbergasted and sounds like he didn’t know about Covid 19 either. There co owner paul called me to apologize but at that point he couldn’t do anything. We called another mortgage company and an hour later we had a mortgage without using my info. We just used my wife’s documents and they put me on title
