Josh and Dylan were by far the most patient and proactive people I have every worked with! Agave is the most honest and efficient company around!We should know because my husband and I went through this process with 3 other loan companies that just stopped communicating midway through or kept putting different personnel on the case, that did not know where the others had left off. It was very frustrating!Right from the start I got the pleasure working with Mrs.Raylene Espinoza. She quickly took everything we had put together for the previous company and provided us with a interest rate and payment that ended up being lower! :)Mr.Thomas King was our closing processor and drove the deal home. Both communicated (thru the WHOLE process) and walked us thru every step of the process.If you have a chance to request your loan officers I would highly recommend both Raylene and Thomas. They work phenomenal together!Do yourselves a favor and read these reviews. Go with a credible company that has gotten nothing but GREAT reviews.I wish I had found Agrave, first, and saved ourselves the headache.But, we are happy to say they got our loan done when no one else could!

Excellent customer service. These guys even answered questions on Saturday and Sunday. We had a 3 week closing but would have been a week earlier if a lien holder on our house didn't drag their feet on getting us a payoff letter. These guys are top notch! We recommend anyone in AZ to give these guys a try! You won't be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Agave to anyone who is in the market to buy their first home, or is interested in refinancing. The team of Xavier & Dylan were professional and accommodating and truly went above & beyond to make my experience seamless. Xavier was also able to identify that I was being overcharged by my long-time insurance company on my homeowners insurance, which prompted me to investigate and ultimately switch, saving me over $4,000/yr.

I just refinanced with Agave Home Loans, and the process was so easy! I'll admit I'm slightly biased -- I'm married to a co-owner -- but he asked for "blunt and honest feedback." Alex and Doug were awesome! I spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The notary canceled on us morning of, but the team worked to find someone to fill in that same day. Everything worked out, our rate is lower, and we were able to skip a payment. If you're in the market for a new home or looking to refinance, call Agave!

I couldn't recommend Agave Home Loans enough! Their entire team was on board during our purchase process.
