I worked on a refi with Agave Loans specifically Cory Davies and Shanti Clucas and I must say what a pleasure it was from beginning to end. They were super helpful. They looked for different options for me and they were very patient with me. The communication was stellar. I wasnt able to get approved for a home refinance loan from any of the big banks. However, Agave was able to get me approved for a refinance loan without a problem. I worked with Scott & Nick throughout my entire loan process - which took longer than normal, but they both had no problem escalating it when he realized there were some hiccups. They were extremely great at keeping me in the loop every step of the process to get the loan completed. 10/10 recommend!

I am writing this review because I am so impressed with Devin Kirk, the young woman that I have been working with at Agave Home Loans. Devin spent a lot of time getting to know exactly what my loan goals were, and how she could best help me meet those goals. She took the time to run numbers for me for different types of loans and different amounts. By the time I got my quote, I felt like she and I had become friends! She is not high-pressure and her customer service is exceptional. Because of my experience with Devin, Agave Home Loans has my highest recommendation. I will recommend them to everyone.

I just refinanced with Agave Home Loans, and the process was so easy! I'll admit I'm slightly biased -- I'm married to a co-owner -- but he asked for "blunt and honest feedback." Alex and Doug were awesome! I spent less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The notary canceled on us morning of, but the team worked to find someone to fill in that same day. Everything worked out, our rate is lower, and we were able to skip a payment. If you're in the market for a new home or looking to refinance, call Agave!

I couldn't recommend Agave Home Loans enough! Their entire team was on board during our purchase process. This made their communication style exceed expectations and feel like someone was always working on our loan. They were professional, quick and honest. Our purchase loan closed in 12 business days!
